About: Stone Wall-Ceiling Lamp By Leucos
Stone was designed in 2006 by Leucos Design Lab to provide a hand blown glass wall or ceiling lamp that captures the beautiful and unique shape of a smooth stone. This form lets Stone be used as a standalone light or in sets that create an interesting play of angles and shapes against each other, like stones on a beautiful beach. Stone is made with a traditional Murano hand blown glass technique called incamiciato (Italian for "jacketed" or "layered"), which requires multiple layers of glass during the blowing process and results in a smooth satin white finish and a beautiful diffused light.
