Returns & Refunds
We are committed to our customer satisfaction. You can return or cancel certain items but not all within 30 days for a refund less restocking fees. Items must be in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging. * restrictions apply. Please see the following list of manufacturers and their specific return policies:
Vista Professional: 35% restocking fees
Lumiere Lighting: No returns are accepted.
SPJ Lighting: No returns are accepted.
Hunza Lighting: No returns are accepted.
Hadco Lighting: Up to 50% restocking fees.
Permitted returns must include a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any returns that do not include a valid RMA number may not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Product shipment refusal is not considered as a return and a refund is not guaranteed. You must have an RMA number to return your product. RMA numbers are good for 10 days after they have been issued.
Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected less the restocking fees.
You have to pay the cost for the return shipping. The cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.
We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been assembled or installed
- Products that have been stated here or on product page as non-returnable
- Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
- Manufacturers stated above that have No returns are accepted.
- Orders over $1,500 total order may incur restocking fees up to 90%.
- Light Bulbs, Parts and Accessories are not returnable.
- Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)
- Open-Box items or Clearance items
If you intend to purchase large quantity of the same item (6 or more), please research the item first, ask us to its nature and any other qualifying questions.
To request a return:
Please find your order and include your order number and item id, name and quantity to be returned and include them in your request. Please also describe the reason for the return and if the item/s comply with the return terms as shown above.
