Returns & Cancellations
Return & Cancellation Policy
We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent while honoring the specific terms set by each of our manufacturing partners. The following guidelines outline our unified return and cancellation policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many manufacturer's items are custom-built or made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please refer to the list of manufacturers under the section titled “Non-Returnable Custom & Made-to-Order Items Manufacturers” below.
Standard Stock Items
Returns for non-custom, stock products are accepted if requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition, and returned in the original packaging in good condition.
2. Restocking Fees
- Returns may be subject to a 15–45% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.
- Specific fees are listed in the section titled “Restocking Fees by Manufacturer” below.
- The final restocking fee will be confirmed during the manufacturer’s return approval process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Light bulbs
- Parts
- Accessories
3. Return Process
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance and include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns submitted without an RMA may be rejected and are not eligible for a refund.
Please note:
- Refusing delivery does not qualify as a return, and a refund is not guaranteed.
- The return shipping address must match the address provided with your RMA. Returns sent elsewhere may be delayed or lost.
- A printed copy of the RMA must be included inside the return package. Packages without proper documentation may not be processed.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 calendar days from the date of issue. Items must be shipped within this window.

4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the item has been received, inspected, and approved by the manufacturer.
- Most refunds are processed within 1–3 weeks after the returned item is received.
5. Cancellations
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Orders for custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Please refer to the “Non-Returnable Custom & Made-to-Order Items Manufacturers” section for applicable brands.
To request a cancellation, please complete the Cancellation Request Form.
Standard Stock Items
Standard stock items can be cancelled before order processing begins with the manufacturer.
If cancellation is requested after processing has begun, the standard return policy will apply.
6. Warranty Claims
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type.
Please refer to the product page for warranty details specific to your item.
