Returns & Cancellations

We are committed to our customer satisfaction. You can cancel  or return certain items (but not all) within 30 days for a refund less 4% minimum convenience fee, shipping fee of the original shipment and restocking fees when applicable. Items must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition and original packaging in good condition. * restrictions apply. Please see the list of manufacturers and restocking fees below. If a certain manufacturer does not appear in the list the minimum restocking fees are 35%.

Permitted returns must include a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any returns that do not include a valid RMA number may not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Product shipment refusal is not considered as a return and a refund is not guaranteed. You must have an RMA number to return your product. RMA numbers are good for 10 days after they have been issued.

    • Artemide: Minimum of 30% restocking fee. All claims must be made within 48 hours.
    • Auroralight: Made to order. Returns are not accepted. 
    • CAST Lighting: If authorization is approved a minimum of 25% service charge will apply to all returns.
    • CopperMoon: Minimum of 15% restocking fee.
    • Focus Industries: Minimum of 25% restocking fee.
    • Fortuny by Venetia Studium: Minimum of 30% restocking fee. The cost of the return transport duties taxes and Italian VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Gardco Lighting: Minimum of 25% restocking fee.
    • Hadco Lighting: Minimum of 25% restocking fee. Made to order items are not returnable. Contact us to check if your item is made to order prior to purchasing.
    • Hinkley Lighting: Minimum of 25% restocking fee.
    • Hunza Lighting: Made to order. Returns are not accepted. 
    • Kichler Lighting: Returns on case by case basis with a minimum of 25% restocking fee. Some of Kichler items are not returnable. Contact us to check if your item is made to order prior to purchasing.
    • Lightolier Lighting: Minimum of 25% restocking fee.
    • Lumiere Lighting: Made to order No returns or cancellations are accepted.
    • SPJ Lighting: Made to order No returns or cancellations are accepted.
    • Kim Lighting: No returns are accepted.
    • BK Lighting: No returns are accepted.
    • FX Luminaire: No returns are accepted.
    • Ultralights Lighting: Made to order No returns or cancellations are accepted.
    • Vista Professional: No returns are accepted.
    • WAC Lighting: Minimum of 25% restocking fee.
    • Wave Lighting: Minimum of 25% restocking fee.

Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected less the restocking fees.
You have to pay the cost for the return shipping. The cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.

We cannot accept returns of:

    1. Products that have been assembled or installed.
    2. Made to order products.
    3. Products that have been stated here or on product page as non-returnable
    4. Products that are not in the original condition and packaging. Original packaging must be unmarked by any writing and free of any non-original stickers or labels. 
    5. Manufacturers in the list above that do not accept returns.
    6. Orders over $1,500 total order may incur restocking fees up to 90%.
    7. Light Bulbs, Parts and Accessories are not returnable.
    8. Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)
    9. Open-Box items or Clearance items

If you intend to purchase large quantity of the same item (6 or more), please research the item first, ask us to its nature and any other qualifying questions.

To request a return:

Please find your order and include your order number and item id,  name and quantity to be returned and include them in your request. Please also describe the reason for the return and if the item/s comply with the return terms as shown above.
