To begin with I have to admit that I ordered the wrong bulb, probably because of the price difference. I intended to buy natural light but I got the blue one. I deemed it absolutely not necessary that the light had to be dimmable which would have been probably the right light but was also double as expensive. What can I say, meanwhile I grew on the one of my Palms lighted in blue….

Swapped out some existing LEDS on an SPJ Versa Lux light so that they would work with an SPJ Flex Pro Plus color controller. Everything worked as planned and the giant Oak Tree looks amazing at night. The LEDS are dimmable and the color and temperature can be changed. There are no outdoor lights that even come close to the quality and design of the SPJ's. They are American made in Southern California and the owner of the company is accessible if needed. I will never buy anything but SPJ.

Customer service worked with me to source a replacement base for a ballard. The only other sources I had required ordering 10 for over $1300. They were able to get just one of the part I needed and saved the church over $1150.

All merchandise was delivered within a reasonable time frame. One unit out of right was found to be defective and reported back to the seller. After discussion with the manufacturer, i have been promised to have a replacement delivered.
I went over my neighbor's path light he purchased from Costco awhile back. He did not know neither the brand nor the model of the path light. After much search with the help of AI. I narrowed it down to the PM Lighting, PM7 path light. Unfortunately PM Lighting was out of business. After more searches, I found a possible replacement, Coppermoon CM700-20. Liz McCartin of Seginus Lighting customer service department was a great help to me. The product fits the stem of the PM7 path light like a glove. I couldn't be more happy.

Purchased the Copper Moon CM.730 replacement tops for our low voltage lights. We needed to replace ours as many had been broken over the 20 years that they have been in place. They look great! Replace our original tops perfectly although not the same brand. Thanks for your great service!!
