All fixtures manufactured by FOCUS INDUSTRIES are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, as manufactured for a period of three (3) full years.
Electrical/mechanical components carry a three (3) year warranty. All direct burial transformers manufactured by FOCUS INDUSTRIES are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, as manufactured, for a period of three (3) full years.
MST, MLT, RXT and WT Series stainless steel transformers carry a limited lifetime warranty (guarantees a product against defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of its reasonable lifespan) on enclosure and ten (10) year warranty on electrical components, excluding all time clocks. Weatherproof transformers five (5) years; all transformers with integral timers, three (3) years; and hard wire and plug-in transformers one (1) year from the date of FOCUS INDUSTRIES invoice.
Light bulbs and ballasts are covered by manufacturers trade warranty. Our warranty covers only replacement or repair at our factory or authorized repair facility of the defective part(s), to the original purchaser and excludes any responsibility for labor or freight expense incurred by the purchaser or others, for servicing any such claim during the warranty period.
FOCUS INDUSTRIES reserves the right to issue credit, repair or replace defective merchandise at our option, upon receipt of written notification by the purchaser of the alleged defect, within the warranty period. FOCUS INDUSTRIES further reserves the right to examination of the alleged defective product, or other proof, satisfactory to FOCUS INDUSTRIES, of the defect.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. FOCUS INDUSTRIES further reserves the right to refuse to honor the above warranty for consequential damages. FOCUS INDUSTRIES further reserves the right to refuse to honor the above warranty for any product(s) altered, improperly installed, or installed in applications for which they are not intended.
