Lightcraft warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is as follows:
Lifetime on solid brass materials and three years on cast aluminun
and electrical hardware. This warranty is limited to material defects only. Without charge, Lightcraft will either repair or replace any product which fails under normal operating conditions. The warranty does not include transportation or labor costs. The warranty does not cover "acts of nature;' vandalism, accidents, abuse, misuse, field abuse or improper installation. Lightcraft reserves the right to decide between repair or replacement. This warranty covers only products manufactured by Lightcraft and does not apply to any equipment of another manufacturer used in conjunction with Lightcraft's products.
A three-year warranty is offered on LED lamps. (Bulbs must be
installed in sealed fixtures and cannot be directly immersed or sit in water).
A two-year warranty is offered on Linear Tape A one-year warranty is offered on LED Bistro Lamps A three-year warranty is offered on all brass integrated products.
A ten-year warranty is offered on all PRO Stainless Steel transformers. A one-year warranty is offered on all 12v and 120v string lights.
A three-year warranty is offered on underwater fixtures.
Underwater fixtures cannot be warranted against salt water or corrosive chemicals within the water.
Lightcraft offers a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on all chemically applied finishes. These finishes will vary or verdigris over time, but will be warranted NOT to peel, flake or corrode.
